Order Processing

Because we offer such a huge range of cookie cutters and stamps, most items are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for us to print, pack, and prepare your order before it ships.

During busy periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible!

If you have ordered a personalised or custom design, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

$15 Express Post 

Free Shipping Promo- All orders over $200 available during promotions as displayed on website header will be offered at checkout. 

Express Post is also recommended for customers in SA and WA as standard road delivery from Cairns can be slow.

Delivery Times

• Our standard “Parcel Post” parcels usually arrive in 2 or more business days (depending on how far your address is from ours). Australia Post+2Australia Post+2

• If you choose Express Post, and your address falls within the Express Post next-business-day network, your parcel may arrive the next business day (if lodged before cut-off). Australia Post+1

• Please note: remote, rural or island deliveries may still take longer than standard estimates. Australia Post+2Australia Post+2

Tracking & Notifications

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email (or SMS, if no email is provided) once your item is dispatched.

• You can track your parcel via Australia Post to see its current status and location.

• Many delayed parcels still show up within 5 business days of their expected delivery date. Australia Post

Compensation & Insurance

• Most Australia Post parcel services include up to $100 cover for loss or damage. Australia Post+1

• For higher-value items, you can purchase Extra Cover, which can provide coverage up to $5,000 (depending on the service). Australia Post+1

• If your Express Post parcel fails to meet the guaranteed delivery timeframe (within the Express Post network and under service conditions), you may be eligible for a refund of the postage cost. Australia Post+2Australia Post+2

Lost, Late or Damaged Parcels

• If you believe your parcel is lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable window, you can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Australia Post

• Compensation claims are assessed case-by-case, and proof of parcel lodgement and item value may be required. Australia Post

• Please note: delays especially in remote or regional areas are not always covered as “service failure.” Australia Post+2Australia Post+2

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from hello@happycookiecutters.com.au

International orders, Cookie Couture. takes no responsibility for taxes/customs charged in your own country, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course refund your money.

International Customers Please Note – we are shipping from Australia. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. This may be extended due to Co-vid.
