Because our cutters are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right!

Refunds & Returns Policy

Made to Order
Most of our products are 3D printed just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check product sizes and details before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@happycookiecutters.com.au with photos of the issue. We’ll happily organise a replacement or refund.

Lost Parcels
We rely on Australia Post for delivery. While we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit, both services include limited compensation for lost or damaged parcels. We’ll support you in making a claim where applicable. More information can be found on our FAQ page.

Order Cancellations
Since products are made to order, cancellations are not possible as our production process moves swiftly.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on made-to-order products unless there has been an error on our part.
