IMPORTANT NOTES & TERMS OF ORDER - CUSTOM DESIGNS

There are a few extra terms of sale that apply to out custom printed cookie cutters and stamps.

Before ordering your custom cookie stamp and cutter, please take a moment to read the following important terms:

Design Support:
To keep this product affordable for everyone, we do not offer design support or custom edits. If you’re unsure how to prepare your file, we recommend hiring a freelance designer online or locally.

No Proofs Provided:
We do not send design previews or proofs before printing. What you upload is what we use (with only minor adjustments made if absolutely necessary).

Unsuitable Files:
If your artwork cannot be 3D printed, we’ll cancel and refund that item from your order. Any other items will still be processed and shipped. You're welcome to revise your design and place a new order — please note that standard shipping fees will apply to the new order.

No Refunds on Printed Items:
Once a design has been printed, refunds cannot be offered, even if the final result is not what you expected. This is due to the custom nature of the product.

Design Guidelines:
To get the best results, upload a high-resolution, black and white vector image (no shading or fine detail). Simpler designs work best — clean lines and bold shapes are key.
